Craig Jessop, formerly the Mormon Tabernacle Choir director, is leading a new Cache Valley community choir called the American Festival Chorus. My sister Wendy said that we have to audition for it. I'm feeling a bit chicken, but we are going to go for it. I'm singing "Danny Boy" and she is singing "Amazing Grace". I have wanted to sing in a good choir for a long time. The only problem is that I've never practiced sight reading. I have a day to learn how to. Hmmm.
Well, it will be a good experience no matter what happens.

Good luck. I've been wanting to audition, too. But I just don't think it's in the stars right now. Have a great experience for me, okay?!
Thinking of you...
Go For IT! We must always cease priceless opportunities to fill our souls and praise the Lord with song. Besides, you will get to work with Craig! :)
Thanks Julie and soprano for the support. The sight reading part of the audition might kill me...
